PRE-SALE STYLING


WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF DEALING WITH MULBERRY LANE PROPERTY STYLING?

We start the process by coming out to see your property for a consultation. From there we will supply you with a quote and/or detailed recommendations to best showcase your home. Once you’re happy with the quote we will start the process of preparing your home for sale, with quality furniture. We will ensure the home is completed for your photography date. From here you have the furniture in your home for a 6-8 week period with the provision to extend the time period. We will work with you each step of the way to ensure your home sells faster and for a better price.

HOW LONG WILL THE FURNITURE BE IN MY HOME?

Our standard hire quotation is for a 6-8 week contract.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We currently service Benalla, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga, Mansfield, Euroa and Shepparton regions. 

ARE YOU INSURED?

We’re fully insured for our furniture, so this is not something you need to worry about.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Upfront payment is required. A $500 deposit on acceptance of quote with the remainder to be paid before commencement.
